Hey Everyone,

Boy, have I been busy & loving it....

The month kicked off   with the QUT Urban Country Music Festival in Caboolture, it was my first time performing there - it was amazing, well done to all the organizers for such a fantastic event, make sure you get along to it next year, I can't wait .

Following that, I loved getting back home to Gippsland to perform at the Bairnsdale RSL with my great mates Jetty Road   we had a sellout show (YAY!), it was so much fun & it was unreal to see old friends, family & fans come out to see us - thanks heaps.

We then performed at the Yarraville Club to a great crowd - whoo hoo! We hope to do a repeat performance next year; we'll keep you posted - big thanks to Laurel, Cameron, Diane & Damien for all their hard work & of course Lee, Paula, Julian, Simon, Rusty, Ben & Tim for making it so much fun...Yeee haaa!

I'm so excited by the recent release of my 3 rd single to radio , the title track to my debut album 'back there' - a song about returning to your childhood where anything is possible, a place where we dared to dream, to believe   the unbelievable & you know what..."we can make it back there in a heartbeat if we try.."

This song is one of my favorites' on the album & is already being played on high rotation on major radio programs, I'm currently doing heaps of radio interviews, listen out for it & make sure you request it at your local radio station.

I've also just finished shooting the music clip, filmed by, 'Video Clip of the Year' Golden Guitar Finalist,   'Video Celebrations', it should be out on CMC at the end of June - I'll let you know.

I've finally adjusting to QLD life, you won't believe how tanned I am...ok... maybe not, I'm still white as a ghost..hee hee! I'm about to ditch the NSW plates (boo hoo) so that makes it more real. I've got a few QLD gigs coming up so make sure you check them out on my website as I'd love to see you there.

I'm off this weekend (June 6th) to Nelson Bay for the Blue Water Country Music Festival, another first time, so I'm really looking forward to that too, see you there.

I hope you're great & that I get to see you soon at a show, & listen out for 'back there' & let me know what you reckon. I'm looking forward to a couple of weeks off so I can finish unpacking, work on some new songs for the next album & promote my latest single, other than that it's my birthday on June 11th, nothing major planned, I might just hang out with friends & have some drinks... hiccup... Or I might stay in & read the 'Twilight' series for the 3rd time (it's a modern day Romeo & Juliet but with teeth) I'm such a romantic...
